With so much that is going on, I notice a lot of things since the start of the program. My skills as a programmer are improving everyday, and its remarkable how much I have improved within just 3 months. The best part is, we're not even finished yet. By the time I write this post we would've reached the react native course which is close to being done with the full-stack javascript section of the school, afterwards we have our introduction to C/C++ programming which is majority of the time employers want. Reasons as to why they would want this so much is because of the fact that you have a good/basic understanding of what goes on under the hood.
So theres a couple of things that I noticed right when I first started the program, first thing was my ability now to tackle coding challenge problems, at the start being able to start a coding challenge problem was difficult for me, but after repetitive reps and constant thinking; my skills for solving these challenges, or at least tackling them is slowly getting better, not quite up to par yet but definitely getting better. Another thing I've noticed was my ability to debug and read documentation, at the start I wasn't able to read documentation or better yet implement them into my own, just recently with the react native project, I was astonished by how much I could understand majority of the things in the documentation and also implement them in my code, I mentioned that while Ben was instructing and he pointed out that since we came this far, docs should be a breeze which was awesome. I remember Ryan explaining to us, that we have just learned how to learn, which is exactly the skill I needed, and the skill that is definitely needed in actually programming environment, since this field requires constant learning.
My skills as a programmer is sky rocketing improving, before all of this I had an interview with Ashu which is the co-founder for makeschool. At the time of the interview, I was very intimidated and nervous, he asked me a lot of basic static programming terminology which I didn't know much at the time. As to how much I developed as of right now, I can most likely answer those questions accurately this time.
